To request leadership for one or more Interest Groups (IGs) making use of CIRCA software (URL http://eea.eionet.eu.int:8980/Public/irc/envirowindows/your_name/home), you need to indicate:

area of interest;
purpose;
expected number of members;
type of information that will be made public (meeting agendas, research results, proceedings, articles, manuals, etc.);
management/leadership offered (individual, secretariat, corporation), and;
expected life time of the IG.
