remas launches UK recruitment drive

remas is a 3-year project designed to examine environmental management systems (EMS) currently in place in business and industry across EU Member States. remas aims to demonstrate that companies and organisations that implement an EMS show better environmental performance overall.

Company recruitment and online survey now live

The Project is now actively recruiting sites throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. The recruitmant drive will move into the rest of Europe in December. Any company can register and complete the online questionnaire, recieving a confidential benchmark report in return.

Summer Newsletter - July 2003

The second remas project newsletter has been published (Main articles: remas/ENAP workshop, case study: Pilkington, Venice). Also available on the Website are factsheets and briefing notes about the project. Factsheets are available in 10 European languages. A members area provides access to discussion groups and background documents on remas. You can also register to receive copies of the quarterly newsletter.
