Impending conciliation agreement to boost Green Procurement

03 December 20003 - European Parliament and the EU's Council of Ministers have met to bridge a gap in procurement legislation. At the heart of issue was the circumstances in which contracting authorities could take social and environmental criteria into account in attributing contracts.
