In order to foster mobility of Temporary Agents across Agencies in the framework of the Inter-Agency Job Market Agreement for staff members within the same category, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) wishes to inform Temporary Agent staff from all the EU Regulatory Agencies[1] in category AD 6-7 of the following vacant post:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (AD6-AD7)

Three-year renewable contract

4. Eligibility criteriaTo be considered eligible candidates must:Be employed in an Regulatory Agency as referred to in Article 1(1) of the Inter-Agency Job Market Agreement (IAJM) as a temporary Agent 2a on long term employment and

be currently graded at AD 6 or AD7 and

meet the requirements in article 3 (2) of the IAJM agreement stating that candidates shall have been selected according to the selection procedure for temporary agents 2a on a long term employment or, for staff engaged before the entry into force of the Inter Agency Job Market Agreement, have succeeded in a selection procedure equivalent to short term employment referred to in Article 4 of the same agreement and

have an effective professional experience in a European Institution or EU body in the area of expertise (Human Resources management) required for the job.

In accordance with the IAJM agreement, staff members from agencies not yet having signed the Agreement can also apply.

The Selected candidate will maintain his/her grade. Article 32 of the Staff Regulation and the general implementing provisions concerning the criteria applicable to classification in grade and step on appointment or engagement shall apply concerning the classification in step.

The place of employment will be Bilbao (Spain).
